I've BTDT- it doesn't do much of anything to remove the center resonator
other than makes the sound a lot throatier and can cause some slight
resonance at certain RPMs that can be annoying when you're cruising on
the
highway.

Then again, with a stock turbo, the Stromung didn't do much of anything
w/ regard to boost threshold or response, either.

My 94 S4 has the stock exhaust system and i've been eyeing it up for a
change. I don't intend to go nuts on this car, id like to leave it with
just a chip and filter. Has anyone simply deleted the stock center
muffler on this car and what was the result? For $35 i can have  the
local muffler shop remove it and install a pipe. Just wondering if it
gets too noisy. I'm sure the turbo would appreciate the less restriction
too. Your thoughts??
