Almost exactly mimics the drawing and parts list I came up with by lurking and mimicing the DSM water-injection list.  Bunch of guys running 11 and 12 sec qtr mile using more or less exactly this set-up.  This set-up is about ~$400 with a ton of DIY, I estimated 80+ hours.  

The Aquamist 2D is much more elegant, compact, and more-or-less a bolt-on (4-8 hrs or so from box opening to driving around saying "gee, it doesn't ping on 91 octane), but in the ~$650 range, probably more given current exchange rates.
