[s-cars] Heat/Cooling Malfunction

My 93 had the same symptoms and I fixed it with a minor linkage
adjustment. I found the linkage on the passenger side to bind on other
parts of the linkage. This required filing down a sharp corner on one
of the plastic arms. I have a write-up if interested.
