rut-roh, here I go agreeing with Hap again.

I might also direct some of you to thing outside the box.  Are we sure this 
squeal isn't generated by bracket design.  I might remind some of the more 
seasoned quattro guys to take a gander at the tuning forks splaying from UFO 
rotor/caliper combinations, as well as the welded weights hanging from the lower 
spring perch.  I'm betting all that jazz is there for a reason.  

POR, I've never used any antiseize or used any special pad shim with the 
aluminum blocked bracket design in my BR kit (scott j/carl j design).  I've 
mounted them on Scars aplenty, urq, 5ktqw, v8.  Nary a squeal from the stock pads.
