[s-cars] NH sighting... who got bagged?

Aiight...  let's have it...  Who was it?  

Passed a black UrS4 yest. a.m. on 93S in Manchester, NH.  Lowered, Stromung,
and, er, that less-than-desirable option of a green & gold Ford Crown Vic
attached to its rear bumper over on the roadside, lights a flashin'.  

D'oh!  

Well, thanks for taking one for the team, whoever you are.  If it weren't
you it'd likely been me...  I'd been blitzin just prior to seeing you ahead.
And then again just after, heh heh...

Hope it wasn't too bad ($$$)...
