[s-cars] Speeding ticket technicality

As and EX-Pennsylvania State Points Champion, i've been though it all. I
haven't paid for a speeding ticket for years. It all comes down to having a
good lawyer. I have one of those traffic only lawyers here in my town who
has gotten me out of most everything. In some cases he'll suggest we try to
get the fine reduced w/o points. I don't mind paying the $$$ as much as i
mind getting points on my license. Anyway, the two errors in the citation
are easy grounds for full dismissal, accept nothing less. You will probably
need a lawyer for that as your typical district judge likes to see you spend
money one way or another before letting you leave their court room.
