[s-cars] Consensus on Painting/Coating EM??? - redux

For what it's worth, when installing a used RS2 EM
for me, Tim at NorthernEuropean said, "I sent it
out to be ceramic coated, it needed it and I
wanted it to be right for you".
I'll pick up the car next week.
