[s-cars] To vent to atmosphere or to recycle blow by gasses

To vent even more hot air - from the block and in this thread - has anyone
tried putting vacuum in the sump. I vaguely recall some guy in Texas who
tunes Ferrari's who does this. I was always curious as to why and what it
achieves.
