[s-cars] Get that Hap Rear Sway Bar ASAP ! ! ! !

Aside from running like 500lb or higher rear springs, or reducing the
travel of the rear shocks, I don't see how you could get an S4/S6 to
handle if you don't have a larger rear swaybar.
