I don't know if this issue was solved (I believe it was) with the AAN, 
but, the 7A NA 20v engines have this problem due to oil starvation.  
During high-speed turns (I can't remember left or right), the pump 
cannot reach the oil (as the pan allows the oil to pool away from the 
pump), and you will spin a bearing.  A friend and fellow lister has a 
7A block laying around from this happening to him.
