[s-cars] Potential PSO (or POS) diagnostic procedure

Bob:  I know the (2 x 3) - 1 = 5 trick.  I was just wondering if the
general procedure with the battery and the Ohm meter could be used to
check each of the six PSO channels we have.  What I was thinking was to
check the PSO channels before I do the RS2 upgrade so I have a rough
idea which channel will fail under the new and wonderful load.  Dave F.
