I am sure there are substantial reasons behind that announcement, I wrote to Darin to  learn what I can do to assist.  I think the site is valuable too, and should be sustained.

I just noticed Darin posted a message that the domain name, content etc
of S-cars.org is for sale! and he is shutting down the site on May13th/.
