Bill,

Seems to me that maybe the surface of the valve cover
that mates to the gasket or the head itself isn't
machined with tight enough tolerances to prevent the
seepage that you see in every 20vt engine bay.

If you want to get anal, take the valve cover to a
machine shop and have it machined flat.  Or you can
just keep replacing the gasket.  Hell, it's fun
looking at the cams/valves every once in a while,
though.
