I would run through the normal process of elimination for the 
possibility of a bad coil. Buy one good coil and swap it to each 
cylinder and see if the miss goes away.

Before you do that, however, do the easy stuff.  Replace your plugs, 
connector boots, and fuel filter (just in case it's starved for fuel).

I'm trying to solve the same problem before a rapidly approaching 
appointment on a track.
