If you have a meter that reads really high impedances (giga-ohms) you can
check each coil secondary with the meter and usually the bad one/ones will
have a higher impedance than the others by about a factor of 10. Usually
you have to get a Fluke style meter with nanosiemens (the inverse of
giga-ohms) on it to be able to read this. in this case you would be looking
for the low conductivity number. Since it only misses under load I would
not suspect POS as the first suspect.

I would run through the normal process of elimination for the
possibility of a bad coil. Buy one good coil and swap it to each
cylinder and see if the miss goes away.
Before you do that, however, do the easy stuff. Replace your plugs,
connector boots, and fuel filter (just in case it's starved for fuel).
I'm trying to solve the same problem before a rapidly approaching
appointment on a track.
