BIRA has generally indicated that Sys3 costs around $1,000.  Mr. Bowes 
(Sys 3 GB leader) confirms that the Sys 3 group can obtain Zimmerman A8 
Euro Rotors for $170.00 USD from Autobraun; Porsche 996 monobloc from 
from Cresent or Sunset at $250.00 each; Mintex Reds for $50.00 
(http://www.purems.com/); 4 SS Lines for  $60.00 from Earl's Indy or 
from Summit Racing; and $250 for the BIRA brackets.  The bolts and stuff 
are about $20 and ATE Superblue is about $10.00.  Shipping and taxes 
have to be very close to a wash.  So, BIRA Sys 3 adds up to $1,060.  
According to ECS' web site, Stage 2 is $1,350.   It appears that BIRA is 
$290.00 *less* than ECS' Stage 2.   So, where's your Stage 2 "was 
actually cheaper" coming from?
