[s-cars] Fuel pump BTDT?

Its been a while since I read the procedure, but I believe the
requirement is to use brass tools to avoid making sparks, which would
likely ruin your day.   A piece of brass used as a drift and a plastic
mallet might work in lieu of the correct tool.  I'm not sure about
alumin(i)um.
