[s-cars] Tires for OEM Wheels

I have a '93 S4 with Original equipment wheels 16 x 8 40mm offset.  I want to plus size all season tires to 245-45-16.  Want performance but want good wear and quiet tires.  Any suggestions?  I ran Bridgestone RE 950s and they are great but unavailable in the above size.
