[s-cars] Tires for OEM Wheels

I ran Toyo TS-1s in 245/45 16" size on my S4 wheels. Very quiet, great
handling, very good wear. Light tires too...making a very light tire/wheel
combination.

The tires ride particularly well...so good in fact, that I then bought a set
in 17" (after I had given up 17" due to an experience with Kumhos in that
size)
