[s-cars] tie rod ends repair

You can replace just the ends. If one has failed or simply wore out, you
could assume the other is not far behind. The only reason to replace the
whole assembly is if the adjuster is totally bound up. I got my TR ends from
Rod at TCP, 1.800.472.1144, I think they were about $30 each IIRC. When you
replace the ends, make sure to slather that adjuster with antisieze, to aid
future adjustments.
