[s-cars] dash light oddities

In my case, cutting back on the use of the Church Key after the Saturday
morning 3 Wall games seemed to stabilize the wiggling, jiggling etc.
Unfortunately, lunch at Hooters brought about a temporary relapse.
Fortunately when he was in Steamboat, I seemed to recall Pizzo
suggesting he suffered some of the same problems when he owned a real
car, and was able to "throttle through" by grabbing  and holding on till
the worst of the wiggling, jiggling and hitting passed by.  I think
Pizzo also recommended leaving the pooches alone....
