[s-cars] CD changer

Hi All, 
I'm new to the S-list having just purchased my '93 S4 , Pearl/ecru with 90k 
on the clock. I'm in love.
 While the issue of changers is up, my Blaupunct 10 disc changer just stopped 
working. After loading the cartridge in the changer it (the changer) selected 
the second disc. Wanting to hear the first one I selected it. It loaded and 
played just fine. After playing the entire disc it wouldn't change to any other 
discs, and now it doesn't work at all. I've tried to pull the cartridge and 
it wont unload. Tried the old unplug/replug trick with no luck.  
 Does it need profesional help? Replace?
