[s-cars] S4/S6 brakes

Rear brakes need to adjust the relative position of the e-brake cam.
Think about it, if things didn't adjust in the caliper, as the pads wore
down you would have to pull the P-brake handle higher and high until it
would no longer engage the parking brake.
It really seems that winter salt (and the other crap they use) really gets
at the rear calipers. If you find that the pedal is nice and happy like
after you reset (by changing the pads) the clearance of the rear brakes, my
guess is that the pistons are hanging up in the calipers. My car is showing
signs of this again, so I may be in there to clean and reset things.
