Jeff,
Take the front bumper off, look to the left of the intercooler.
Should read .2 and .4 ohms between common and the two legs (I'm not 100% sure about the values but it is in the ball park)

The common failure mode on these things is the connector that resides behind the drivers side head light. Water gets in and makes a mess. Look at the connector taking 12 volts to the fan and make sure it is clean.
