I suspect with a very large turbo on a relatively small motor you would
need to rev very high to get the velocity that you need to run it and
also so that you have some usable rpm range.

I have seen some numbers from the drag racing guy's of 10k+ rpm and
10-16:1 compression ratio.  All I suspect to get a very large turbo to
work efficiently on a very small motor, or visa versa depending on your
point of view.

Hap,

I don't have the dyno chart handy, but the higher you
rev these things (Built valvetrain and bottom end, of
course), the more power they make.

I'll try to find one for you, though.
