[s-cars] GP to construct a new timing belt

I'm not one to try and talk anyone out of making stuff out of CF, but wouldn't it make more sense to put this energy in addressing the part that's actually failing instead of something that may or may not protect you from collateral damage?  Why not put together a GP on the serpentine belt tensioner?
