[s-cars] Speeding Ticket Question - speed tracked by airplane...

Well, it's one thing to get nailed for speeding and pay the fine.
Factor in demerit points, and the aggravations of collecting too many.
Now factor in getting raped by your insurance company for having these
convictions.
I got screwed by pleading guilty to fail to signal, but somehow it is on my
record as unsafe move..
Next was 65 Km/hr in a 50 zone,
then the final straw, a nice 118 Km in an 80 zone.

Once my insurance comes up for renewal in August I expect I will be at least
double, if not triple.
I have not had an at fault accident, EVER.
I speed, yes. Does THAT make me a bad driver, apparently yes but yet I have
no at fault accidents.
I have one accident when I was 17, with a guy running a red and hitting me
as I made a left...
I have another where some lady ran a red because she saw the next light turn
green. I was at the intersection at the time. Bang.. cost me a great 86 5000
Quattro. Ofcourse I bought my S4 because of it... kinda a wash then on that
one then.'

We HAD photo radar. Well, the silly people around here got all besides
themselves because they where getting tickets. One thing these IDIOTS failed
to realize is THEY DO NOT CONVICT on photo radar. Just fines, which is fine.
I don't have an issue with paying an additional road tax for speeding, as
long as that is as far as it goes. If the people that bitched so much about
it only knew what was coming next, they might have keep it. Now, we have
laser radar that's fun...or Ladar ???

Sorry for the rant... Touchy issue.
