Thanks for the suggestions and ideas. For the moment, I'd like to try to
be more OEM, 
the wire tie idea seems a little too close to bailing wire and duct tape
for me right now. 
BUT, if it's going to run me $50-60 for the fasteners, then the wire ties
that are on there
are going back in.
