[s-cars] Starter won't turn

I recently had my 95 S6 go battery go dead.  I tried to jump the car but got
nothing.  Then I replaced the battery and I am getting power to everything
but my starter won’t turn.  Where is the starter fuse or the starter relay
on these cars?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
