[s-cars] Stebro comes thru

Stebro is actually working with me.   I seemingly convinced them to help to
solve the loud annoying exhaust problem with the system that they sold to
me.
I need to get them some info first regarding the muffler that they sent me,
and then they are going to make me a new and different one to quiet it down.

I'll let you all know the final result when I have more info.
