[s-cars] New Eibach spring rates

All,

My local Eibach dealer has provided me with the spring rates for the new 1529-140 springs as made in the USA:

Front spring (linear) 246 LB / IN
Rear spring (progressive) 189 LB / IN 1st rate - 309 LB / IN 2nd rate.

These appear to be "softer" than teh H&R springs as posted on http://www.urs4.com/technical/suspension.html#shocks spring application guide.

Does anyone know how these compare with the original Eibach 1529s.

And advice from one member is NOT to use spacers on the rear shocks.
