[s-cars] only for the first 2-3 miles of driving...

I am getting this lite rubbing sound from under the car only on right turning curves (has been at 40+ mph).  It only happens for the first 2-3 miles, then is completely normal.  maybe tire tread?
I have very bad breaks, could there be a connection?
Should I be concerned or no?
