[s-cars] New Brakes

A BIRA system 3 would be a good choice.
While it's not as easy as buying from ECS, as you have to order and collect 
parts from various sources. I have BIRA sys 6 on my 93 S4. I am very happy 
with it, one of the better upgrades.
