Oh, data point (for once)... over here in CT land mine rubs with H&R
29771 / Bilstein Sport, FWIW. So it's *not* an Eibach thang apparently.

Igor, my thoughts are with you and your family during this time. That
is not easy for anyone involved...

Igor rubs the rubber too. Oops, what did I just say?...
Also in reverse only, also only when sharply cutting the steering to the

right, also with the Eibach/Bilstein combo, and also on the 255/40/17
tyres. Still haven't found the reason yet.

Oh, one more thing. If I look at my car from the front with somebody
else behind the wheel while doing this manoeuvre, I can see how those
steamroller wheels slightly move horizontally on the pavement:
jerk-jerk-jerk. As if the turning radius was a bit too large. Anybody
wants to see my ruined Sumitomos with at least two season's worth of
thread left?

As for drinking vodka over at my house... Alas, guys, we should've done
this a month ago as we originally planned.

My wife and I have just found out that my mother-in-law has a stage 4
pancreatic cancer. Not operable. Today I will be moving her from her
appartment in Brooklyn to our house. The next several months will be
very difficult for us.
