[s-cars] coolant temp gauge reading low

The thermostat may be sticking open or bad MFTS. Both are fairly easy to
replace, the thermostat being a tougher one because you will need to
drain the coolant and the 2 bolts are tough to get at. The MFTS can be
replaced without draining if you are prepared and pop the new one in
quickly before too much coolant spills out, but you will need a 32 mm
(IIRC) deep socket.
I did both of these very recently.
