[s-cars] Reducing 'Negative Boost' Anyone?

Steve,

I'm not sure the boost controller was really needed. May be if one has
cranked up the HPs to 400 or so but someone with more ken than me will have
to pipe up. I wasn't planning on implementing a boost controller.
