[s-cars] Wastegate Spring and IA III+ chip

ok, thanks. 

yes, I do have a boost gauge. I think the optimal setting for me is
about 1 full turn.  No stuttering and boost up to 24 lbs.

Can anyone explain why each car would be different (1 turns versus 10 turns)?
