Nothing else (except for an F40) sounds quite as unusual as a 288GTO
spooling up and slingshotting down the highway, with me in tow,
desperately trying to keep in sight with the V70R.>>>




Nothing else?  Well, um, sort of.  That's awesome you got to hear and
see one getting driven in anger, not a typical site indeed.  Closest
I've come is squatting down behind one (with Tyler @ ~ 7 months in arm)
so it could bark to life right up into my face.  Great to see / hear
someone 'using' the thing!

But to say nothing else can compare?  Um, the TR CERTAINLY does, despite
it's rather mellow and tamed silky sounding V12, due to ONE simple
fact...  

...this was heard within 24" of my skull, spinal cord, psyche, soul, and
sphincter...  

...this was heard as result of MY input, at my beckoning flogging
disposal.  

Somehow the fact that it wasn't a 288GTO didn't cross me mind during the
4 wheel drifts or massive wheelspin launches (dryoldhard tires are
funfunfun to shave off a car, esp. a mid engined car esp. esp. a V12'd
car tee hee)...
