[s-cars] squeaky suspension - need part numbers for lots of new bushings

So I upgraded my suspension a couple months ago and now I am hearing a
suspension squeak over every small bump - like when I pull in or out of
the driveway. So I took the car to my certified Audi mechanic
(independent now - former dealer service manager - also owns and races
two S6s). He gives me a list of parts that need to be replaced and a
quote of $1,800. Ouch! That costs more than the suspension upgrade I did .

The patient is a 95 S6 with 2Bennett coilovers and camber plates. Car
has 115,000 miles on it. I think the stiffer ride made the bad bushings
noticeable. Here is what he says I need:

Front control arms - inner bushings (2)
Front control arms/sway bar bushings (4)
rear camber adjusters (2)
rear control arms - outer bushings (2)
rear control arms - inner bushings (4)
4-wheel alignment

Questions:
1. sound like a reasonable assessment by my mechanic?
2. can someone with an ETKA supply me with some part numbers?
3. how about prices/sources for the parts?

TIA,

Paul Dooley
