[s-cars] Now my hood won't open

Just had an oil change done on friday on the S6 and noticed that hood didn't 
look like it was all the way closed.  So I opened it and checked to see if my 
mechanic left a wrench on the engine or something (I confess I've done this).  
But when I opened it everything seemed in order.

So this afternoon I tried it again - the hood release works and cable seems 
like it is ok.  But the safety release in the grill doesn't pop out and so when 
I pry at it with my fingertips I can get it open.  However when I pull on it 
nothing happens.

Any ideas?  I'll probably just bring it back to the mechanic this week any 
way.
