[s-cars] Boost Inconsistency

I've noticed in the last little while, that my boost is very inconsistent.
Sometimes pulling hard up to 25 26 psi but then others, won't get above 19
20 with lost of fluttering.  Also even when showing 25 psi, it seems a
little soft.  Either I'm getting used to full RS2 and it's time for more
tricks or I've got some kind of isse.  Tried a new BPV, alternating between
a dahlback and an adjustable both rated for 30psi.  No apparent boost leaks.
Gas always running 93 plus a little tolulene so no low octane issues.

Any help out there?
