[s-cars] Rear Brake Rotor Source? I think my caliper seizedorsomething?

Caliper guide pin is seized most likely.  You won't need new calipers but you will need to free that pin or failing that buy new caliper carriers.  I had a pin that was so seized I needed to cut the end off the caliper carrier and drive the pin out.  Found a newish pin from a vw and replaced the little slice I took of the carrier.  Carriers are expensive and unless you completely destroy the carrier you won't need a new one.

Does this point to an e-brake sticking?  I now need to start
making some calls and getting the parts.  I think the rotor is
toast, don't think I can get away with having it turned.  I
don't really want to buy new calipers but will if there is a
chance that they could do the same thing to a new rotor.  uhggg
this sucks and I hate doing brake work!  The e cable replacement
is probably a real PITA right?  Thanks for the insight guys,
really appreciate it.
