[s-cars] Brake light mystery-1993 UrS4

Had problem with pedal hard in morning and brake light on for 1 minute when 
cold.  My mechanic (private one) replaced Bomb, leaking power steering pump 
and flush of PS fluid.  Was fine for about 4 days then brake light was 
staying on 5 to 30 seconds, occasionally pedal was stiff but not 
always.  Then on some mornings all is well and brake light does not come 
on.  I have topped up brake and PS fluids, etc.
Any ideas what to try next?  The good news is I have a 1 year warranty but 
I need some consistency to report.
