[s-cars] HCs and MPGs

Slightly different data point:

'91 Audi 200q, running 225/45R17 summer tires, I get approx. 24mpg on
mostly highway driving being fairly gentle on the gas- 75mph cruise
control most of the way. Yesterday, being a real tool, I was getting
about 20mpg with all crawling and then WOT blasting down the highway.
