[s-cars] Canuck quirk headlight relay

Canuck S-heads...

Was measuring the volt drops to my S6 headlights and it appears I'm losing 0.5V to the lo-beams between positive trminal stud and headlight connector.

Now, if I was to implement a relay to pump up the volume, how would I do it with Canuck regs that have the lo-beams on with 13V for DRL. There is no on/off control for the relay.

Any Canucks out there that have implemented the relay fix on their S-cars?
