[s-cars] I made a HUGE mistake...

For an oil drain plug that is completely screwed up and fused on, I
recommend an air chisel. It will bung it up a bit worse, but in my
experience it comes right off. Just pick a spot on the edge of it and hit it
with the air chisel, once it bites into the metal it will be turning in no
time. If you don't have an air chisel, try a regular old pipe wrench. The
design of the jaws gives them some amazing clamping power. If necessary, hit
the handle of the pipe wrench with your trusty 5lb hammer. It will turn.
BTDT.

Pondering removal of a fused on oil drain plug.

"Apparently the
last place that changed my oil wailed on it trying to get it off and it's
all mangled. He's going to have to weld a socket to it in order to get it
off, provided there's no damage to the oil pan."
