[s-cars] exhaust manifold studs

There are only 3 studs for each cylinder with the exception of cylinder
number 1, which has 4. If you are seeing a hole in the EM then you may only
have 2 studs on each of those cylinders, though it's kind of difficult to
see the underside of the EM with all the other stuff in the way. Maybe they
backed themselves out given that you are having problems with some of the
other nuts loosening.
