[s-cars] Belly Pan Needed

The belly pan also serves as a portion of the ducting leading a ram of 
cooling air to both the stock intercooler and the oil cooler.  Leaving it 
off could very well have an effect on performance by not cooling the charge 
air as well.  Now just how significant this difference might be - I don't know.
