[s-cars] Belly Pan Needed

I haven't had mine on for about 3 years I think.
I really can't say if it does really affect performance much, but I can
imagine it would have keep much of the winters salt outta the engine bay.

I would think at some point I will buy a new one and use it, or a FMIC. Not
sure what's better... Yeah right.
