Here's part numbers I used in Germany for some of these parts,
and the prices in mid 2000.  Divide by 2.1 for Euro prices:

RS2 Exhaust Manifold     034 253 031 A      Dm 1020  
RS2 Exhaust Cam          034 109 022 G      Dm 1206  
RS2 Mass Airflow Sensor  034 133 471 N      Dm 599   
RS2 Injectors            034 906 031 F      Dm 599 for 5, 119.82 each.
